DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This page explains how to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification.

Scope

This DMCA Policy applies to all content hosted or displayed on this website, including the Budgie Age Calculator and related pages, media, code, text, and downloadable assets. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used here without authorization, please follow the instructions below.

How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a written notice that includes all items below (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (URL, title, or a representative list if multiple works on a single page).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including a precise URL.
  4. Your contact information (full name, mailing address, telephone, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send your complete notice to our Designated Agent email: chandandihuri88@gmail.com

Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a valid counter-notification (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)) containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (exact URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any district where the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Submit your counter-notification to: chandandihuri88@gmail.com

Please note: Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion if it appears to infringe the rights of others.

Misrepresentation

Submitting false claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Only submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice if you genuinely believe your statement is accurate.
